Over the span of a year, I've Edited various coloring books for print and contributed illustrative content. One of my accomplishments would be the direction I gave a variety of volunteers to create these amazingly important books under the Cures of colors organization.
Under my direction I encourage our team in open forum critical discussion to enhance our product and our dynamic. Over the routine span of 3 weeks we undergo "Development phase" in which we draft mood boards, vague thumbnails and visually striking design.
After which we begin our weekly rounds of illustrative creation, a process that varies between teams with the ultimate goal of fun and an amazing product for families to utilize. Maintaining lively zoom meetings with "spirit weeks" where our team and have fun with silly antics to keep morale high.

Lastly, the best aspect of volunteering under Cures of Colors is the fulfillment of guiding others and supporting the passionate teams we form. It's critical that we share a healthy workplace environment, that can work with your personal scheduling, and as an Art advisor I've seen this work in action and support a team's project to completion.
